Abstract:

Background and aim: Cognitive behavioural coping strategies are closely correlated with depression and suicide risk. The aim of this study is to explore the particular features of cognitive-behavioural coping strategies and their impact on depression levels and suicidal ideation.

Methods: The study included a total of 131 participants, of whom 65 had a clinical diagnosis of depression and 66 were controls. Psychometric tools were administered to both groups: Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale (MADRS), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS21R), Strategic approach to coping scale (SACS), Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), in order to assess the differences between depressive and non-depressive individuals in relation to cognitive behavioural coping strategies.

Results and conclusion: Results based on statistical analysis of scores obtained on various psychometric scales showed significant differences between depressed and non-depressed patients. Also, cognitive-behavioural strategies could represent predictors that can be used in the prevention of suicide risk.

Abstract:

Intercultural education in the Romanian space is an insufficiently addressed topic. Against the background of the significant increase in foreign students who choose to study at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Craiova, as well as the implementation of study programs in English which in turn have attracted many students from both European and non-EU countries we decided to develop a study aimed at the socio-cultural integration capacity of students at the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Craiova with a teaching program in English. The general objectives of the study aim at the following aspects: the degree of social integration of students; degree of satisfaction of educational needs; the effectiveness of the feedback system; problems encountered throughout the years of study: conflicts, discrimination phenomena, etc.the quality of courses and internships compared to their countries of origin. The target group of the study is represented by the students of Dental Medicine from Craiova, within the teaching program in English, study years I-III. The students who participated in this study come from both EU and non-EU member states. The total number of students enrolled in this study program is 93, and in our study a total of 71 respondents gave their informed consent to complete the distributed questionnaire.

Abstract:

The present study started from empathy towards the patient and the fact that medicine is always looking for optimal solutions for the patient's well-being. The state of health, however, is not limited to the physical body, but the psychological mental status, the environment, the recovery time must be taken into account. The medical act is not limited to the life-saving gesture applied at a given moment.   Polytrauma requires prompt and safe medical gestures, but the patient does not recover from this tragic episode in the near future. Time, patience, attention, coping mechanisms, psychological wellbeing, and a conducive environment are needed to compete with the previous medical act in order to recover fully and as quickly as possible. The length of hospitalization means financial costs, but the full recovery of the patient, the mental well-being, translates into hidden costs, borne by both the patient and the health system.

Based on these ideas, the present study tried to add value to health care. Considering polytrauma as a possible trigger for PTSD, considering recovery as closely related to coping mechanisms, the study aimed to find the linking element in this "polytrauma-recovery" pathway. Why is recovery easier in some cases? Why does the number of hospital days vary in the context of similar physical injuries? Why do cases of higher severity recover more easily than others with lower severity scores?

This study set out to explain how trauma and its psychological implications (rumination, nightmares, anxiety, obsessive thoughts about the injury) may be blamed for a more difficult recovery.

Abstract:

Introduction: Burnout syndrome is a manifestation of chronic stress caused by occupational stressors. The large number of patients infected with SARS Covid 2 has had a particular psychological impact on medical staff in Emergency Departments and only.

Material and Methods: This was a descriptive study, of medical staff in the Emergency Department of the Galati County Emergency Hospital, which is in the front line in the fight against coronavirus. All 120 participants signed an informed consent form and then completed a socio-demographic questionnaire, self-designed questionnaire to identify feelings experienced at work during Covid- 19 Pandemic and the MBI - HSS (MP) (Maslach Burnout Inventory) to assess their burnout level.

Results: The study found that 45% of the subjects were at high risk of Burnout. Medical staff in the Emergency Department show a degree of Burnout syndrome directly proportional to their experience in the field.

Conclusions: The prevalence of Burnout syndrome in the Emergency Department is high, more than half of the physicians suffer from a high level of Burnout. Older age and less experience in the field and female gender are predictive factors for Burnout syndrome. Self-reported risk factors are increased overtime, workload, bureaucracy, lack of sleep, lack of respect from patients and colleagues, fear of exposure to the virus and patient care. Self-reported feelings of exhaustion, stress, and depression are dependent on symptoms of Burnout syndrome

Abstract:
The modern woman nowadays is subjected to more and more challenges. Whether it is due to her work, her appearance or her marital status, she must always show that she is coping in the most efficient way. This constant measurement and confrontation of the performance achieved in a certain field leads to the perception of otherwise normal, physiological actions as stressful. The mother who raises her child wants to face the multiple challenges, even when she is being subjected to pressures from the family, her own requirements, values and beliefs and at the same time from the micro group she belongs to or from society. That's why her slip into depression is extremely easy. The support she might receive from family, friends, professionals can save her from further complications such as deepening depression, job loss, long-term loss of self-esteem, child neglect and child abuse, the transition to a suicidal act in a moment of imbalance or the transition to alcohol misuse, sometimes witnessed by the child. Identifying factors involved in the onset and maintenance of postpartum depression can help prevent it and provide early intervention within vulnerable families with the aim of making women stronger and children healthier and happier. Postpartum depression is a fairly common phenomenon in the female population, the cumulative forms giving a percentage of 31%, of which minor forms occupy 19% and moderate and severe forms 12%. Among the factors that have an important influence we list: a weaker support of the mother by her support group, problems related to the mother's low self-esteem, the more difficult temperament of the child who can be more agitated and disrupts the mother's sleep-wake rhythm, but also the existence of other previous episodes of postpartum depression of the mother and the number of previous births.

Abstract:

The educational process in the new Ukrainian elementary school is characterized by many specific neuropsychological features and aspects. It requires from the teacher significant knowledge and skills in the field of organization, management and modernization of the educational process, as well as in the sphere of interaction with the children of the new Ukrainian elementary school. A key trend in today's education in the new Ukrainian elementary school is the child-centered approach, individualization and personality-centered approach, which focuses on the fact that the core of the educational process becomes the student, his abilities, individual neuropsychological capabilities, potential as a learning and creative. The child-centered approach to the organization of the educational process in the new Ukrainian elementary school has become a natural and natural phenomenon that accompanies the learning process in the last few years, which is caused by the rapid processes of globalization. The child-centered approach allows to focus the attention of teachers, psychologists, sociologists, and educational managers on the key problem of the current world - education of a healthy civil society, self-confident, capable of self-care, self-actualization, and professional and personal formation. All these processes begin at the moment when the child is in the first stage of education, receives primary information about the world, about himself, others and reality.

Abstract:

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the psychological and psycholinguistic literature on the research problem, substantiates scientific provisions regarding the understanding of communicative competence by future teachers as an integral quality of the individual, which synthesizes the general culture of communication and its specific manifestations in further pedagogical activity. The results of the diagnosis of the peculiarities of the understanding of the concept of "communicative competence" by future teachers of preschool education institutions are described.

The purpose of the article is a psycholinguistic analysis of the understanding of the concept of "communicative competence" by future teachers of preschool education institutions by using this concept as a stimulus in a chain associative experiment.

The research uses theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, theoretical modeling) and diagnostic methods (observation, survey, questionnaire, free associative experiment, which serves as a source of accumulation of empirical data regarding students' understanding of the concept of communicative competence at various levels of professional training).

The results not exhaust all possibilities of the research, however, the use of the concept of "communicative competence of the future educator" as a stimulus phrase in a chain associative experiment was determined, different reactions of the associative were recorded in students majoring in preschool education of different courses. It was established that for senior year students, the leading lever in understanding the concept of "communicative competence" is the motivational-value and reflexive-perceptive aspects, and for second-year students —- the conceptual component. Such differences in the understanding of concepts are explained by the different amount of previous experience acquired by students in the process of professional training.

Abstract:

The article presents a theoretical-methodological analysis of the psychodrama method of group psychotherapy. It examines the aim, objectives, advantages, peculiarities and structure of classical psychodrama as a method of group psychotherapy. Also, the article attempts to define psychodrama as a group psychotherapy process. It studies the links between psychodrama and methods of various psychological approaches. Importantly, the article suggests a phenomenological approach to studying the interaction among the participants in psychodramatic psychotherapy groups to develop effective technologies for implementing psychodramatic techniques. It justifies the methodological and methodical essence of psychodramatic technologies in group psychotherapy, its main characteristics and goals. From the perspective of an integrative approach, psychodramatic technologies in group psychotherapy ensure the interrelation and interdependence of its psychodiagnostic and psychodevelopmental components. Meanwhile, the article considers the organizational, methodical and structural-dynamic features of using the interactive and role-playing method in group psychotherapy depending on the type of psychodrama. It shows how one can practically apply the "mirroring" psychotechnique in combination with the fairy tale metaphor (the method of enacting a fairy tale) in all types of psychodrama, along with an analysis of the advantages of its use and resourcefulness. Finally, the article discusses a methodical combination of psychodrama and transactional analysis within the "psychodramatic triangle" technique. It provides methodical recommendations for emotional disorder correction using the psychodrama method. The relevant indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of the psychodrama method in group psychotherapy include catharsis, insight, expressions of trust and a sense of comfort in the space of group interaction and feedback, as an existing objective reality.

Abstract:

Modern neurorehabilitation is focused primarily on the restoration of speech and cognitive mental processes, considering the rehabilitation of the individual as a task of psychotherapy. The article shows that a gentle attitude, a change in "body image" and neurotic experiences, characteristic of most patients with organic brain lesions, significantly affect the effectiveness of neuropsychological rehabilitation. Neurorehabilitation focuses on the restoration of speech and cognitive processes, considering the rehabilitation of the individual as an object of psychotherapy. On the basis of clinical cases, it has been shown that the weakened attitude, body image changes, and neurotic experiences characteristic of most patients with idiophrenic disease affect the effectiveness of neuropsychological rehabilitation. The article examines the theoretical and methodological principles and defines the main concepts of the topic. The relevance of the article is determined by the new innovative social needs in solving problems of a psychological nature, taking into account the neurological features of human thinking. Scientific intelligence in the field of neurorehabilitation provides grounds for determining the most effective methods of psychocorrection. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between psychotherapy, psychocorrection and psycho-counseling based on neurorehabilitation. After studying the data, it was determined that the ischemic attack of the brain was unspecified, it was suggested that the observed neurological symptoms (disorders of speech, movements, emotional sphere) are related to residual (residual) symptoms after a transient ischemic attack, which requires a detailed study.

Abstract:

The article talks about the problems of motivation, specificity and effectiveness of using chatbots by Ukrainian humanities students when studying English and, based on the analysis of sociological data, provides new recommendations for the English language teacher.

The purpose of the article is to define the problem of using new communicative-simulation opportunities of today's chatbots "from the inside", i.e. from the point of view of personal motivation of the participants of the educational process. This allowed us to understand the more general and invariant neuro-pedagogical mechanisms of the stimulation anthropomorphic environment and tools in English language learning.

The authors used sociological, statistical, modeling-predictive pedagogical methods in order to outline the real picture of students' use of chatbots in English studies on the basis of existing neuroscience theories and real student priorities and to provide general methodological recommendations for modeling communicative-simulation technology in linguistic pedagogy.

The main result of the article is to objectify the real neuropsychological picture of students' motivation in English-language communication in chatbots, as well as to present five-component gradation of scenarios for chatbots use by students with different levels of academic knowledge, personal pretensions and self-organization abilities.

The theoretical conclusions of the article consist in:

a) confirmation and further development of already existing provisions on the use of simulation technologies;
b) essays on Ukrainian specifics of using chatbots in English language learning in the context of the neuro-pedagogical approach;
c) proving the thesis that English-language chatbots are used outside educational plans and are mostly an optional, spontaneous or personal intension tool in learning a foreign language.

Abstract:

This article discusses theoretical angles of investigating the psychological development of younger school-age children and the examination of cognitive processes, due to the fact that each age group is associated with its own predominant activity. The leading activity is distinguished by the formation and alteration of other forms of activity, the restructuring of fundamental cognitive processes and personality development. It might not consume all of a child's spare time, but it does affect his/her growth during that age. Engaging in learning activities is of paramount importance for young learners. Firstly, it establishes essential relationships between the child and society. Secondly, it serves as the groundwork for developing core personality traits and certain cognitive processes of younger school-age children. The level of success that students in this group attain will significantly determine their well-being and standing in the class. Ukrainian research has outlined various learning challenges commonly experienced by younger school-age children and the psychological factors behind them. Accordingly, learning challenges can be attributed to a lack of attention, inadequate short-term and long-term memory, visual reasoning, mental processes and general intelligence. However, not only children with learning difficulties require an individual approach. Considering the distinct cognitive mental processes of younger school-age children, teachers can create the most favourable conditions for their learning and growth. Therefore, this article aims to study the characteristics of cognitive mental processes in younger school-age children.

Abstract:

One of the indicators of psychological safety of an inclusive educational environment is the tolerance of adolescent children. The article presents the consideration of this indicator through the prism of tolerance, which allowed us to identify three types of attitudes of junior schoolchildren with normotype development to those developing atypically: intolerant (negative), neutral, tolerant (positive). The identified types of tolerant attitude of junior schoolchildren are correlated with the levels of interaction: pre-subject, subject-object, subject-subject (activity-value and polysubject). The empirical research that allowed to reveal the prevailing types of attitude and corresponding levels of interaction of junior schoolchildren: neutral attitude — subject-object type of interaction and tolerant attitude — activity-value type of interaction with obvious deprivation of the polysubject type of interaction is presented. The article clarifies the concept of tolerance towards children with special educational needs. The article reveals the indicators and levels of teacher's competence in fostering tolerance of junior schoolchildren in relation to peers with special educational needs. The article defines the psychological features of adolescent children with different types of pathological disorder; investigates the role of psychological safety of inclusive educational environment in the formation of tolerance of adolescent children; makes a structural and functional analysis of tolerance of adolescent children as a relevant problem of inclusive practice; defines the role of the teacher in the formation of tolerance of adolescent children as a relevant problem of inclusive practice.

Abstract:

The article describes massive changes in the brain function of mass-media recipients. It is written within the relevant neuro social state of the Ukrainian mass media society in the conditions of undeclared military censorship and counter-propaganda. The material for analysis was two groups of data: content analysis of news media and a sociological survey of citizens for the presence of cognitive dissonance and lies that can violate neuroethics, namely, forming a distorted picture of the world, creating long-term deprivation and inadequate neural connections.

The purpose of such research was to find out the regular influence of affective and defamatory infospace on the brains of people whose countries are at war. We clarified the nature of the newest manipulations in the media and around ethical issues, the state of research on the neuroethics of manipulations, comparing the nature of war journalistic manipulations in Russian and Ukrainian media and the objectification and explanation of neuroethical violations in Ukrainian media through the techniques of lying, silencing, avoidance, analysis, self-counting, etc.

The authors used methods of theoretical, statistical, comparative and systemic analysis, content analysis, sociological methods of collecting background data and neuro interpretive methods for the received input data.

The result of the article was a systematization of the manipulation of the brain in a state of permanent tension; in particular, we identified ways of institutional avoidance or deception and diagnosis of specific neuroethical threats and consequences among the population (emotional dependency, deprivation, emotional-cognitive dissonance, lack of entitlement to accurate truth, the difference between the content of the national and local media, etc.)

Abstract:
The article proves that in recent years important advances have been made in neurobiology regarding education. With advanced scientific knowledge of cerebral activity in learning, educators have the opportunity to use interesting tools to improve academic performance in higher education when teaching a foreign language. Based on research on brain function, educators have created distance-learning tools useful for teaching a foreign language. While these tools are an important and critical element of the learning process, the emphasis in this study is different, that is, to teach students to become familiar with their own brain function and then to mobilize their metacognitive resources during distance learning. In this regard, teachers have faced many issues of organizing feedback from the study group, transferring learning materials to distance education platforms, monitoring progress and many others, while engaging the metacognitive resources of students. The issue of formation of information and communication and neurocompetence of foreign language teachers has become especially urgent in the pedagogical environment. Due to the lack of relevant skills, teachers had to adapt to the new educational conditions and completely restructure the educational process.

Abstract:
This study aims to explore new therapeutic opportunities for histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors by leveraging drug repurposing approaches and analyzing their bioactivity and molecular fingerprints. The methodology includes investigating drug repurposing opportunities for HDAC inhibitors, evaluating the bioactivity of repurposing drugs on HDAC enzymes, investigating the role of HDAC genes in therapeutic effects, and analyzing molecular fingerprints with explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) to identify structurally similar compounds with potential HDAC inhibitory activity. In this context, chemical compounds with IC50 (7903 compounds) and Inhibition (1084 compounds) standard types of HDAC genes reported to be associated with childhood acute leukemia were represented by molecular fingerprints. Regression and classification models were applied to the molecular fingerprints, and the results obtained were supported by XAI. All the study results were shared interactively on the website address https://iuysal1905-childhoodacuteleukemia-drug-interacito-arayuz-r89zld.streamlit.app/ by designing a simulation environment. The influence of molecular fingerprints on the models and their impact on potential drug development in childhood acute leukemia were evaluated using XAI techniques, particularly through the analysis of SHAP values. The study contributes to the literature on the use of XAI technology in drug repurposing studies, especially in cancer, the study of molecular properties, and the active use of XAI in drug repurposing studies.

Abstract:
Iron (Fe) chelating medicines and Histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors are two therapy options for hereditary Friedreich's Ataxia that have been shown to improve clinical results (FA). Fe chelation molecules can minimize the quantity of stored Fe, and HDAC inhibitors can boost the expression of the Frataxin (FXN) gene in enhancing FA. A complete quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) search of inhibitors from the ChEMBL database is reported in this paper, which includes 437 compounds for Fe chelation and 1,354 compounds for HDAC inhibitors. For further investigation, the IC50 was chosen as the unit of bioactivity, and following data refinement, a final dataset of 436 and 1,163 compounds for Fe chelation and HDAC inhibition, respectively, was produced. The Random Forest (RF) technique was used to generate models (train R2 score, 0.701 and 0.892; test R2 score 0.572 and 0.460, for Fe and HDAC, respectively). The models created using the PubChem fingerprint were the strongest of the 12 fingerprint kinds; hence that feature was chosen for interpretation. The results showed the importance of properties related to nitrogen-containing functional groups (SHAP value of PubchemFP656 is -0.29) and aromatic rings (SHAP value of PubchemFP12 is -0.16). As a result, we explained the effect of the molecular fingerprints on the models and the impact on possible drugs that can be developed for FA with artificial intelligence (XAI), which can be explained through SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations) values. Model scripts and fingerprinting methods are also available at https://github.com/tissueandcells/XAI.

Abstract:
Robotics and advances in artificial intelligence are breakthrough innovations with considerable promise and the potential to radically change the economic and social aspects of society. Research on the development of robotics is still scarce. This article fills the gap by analyzing the creation and diffusion of robotics innovation and the role of intellectual property in this process. The robotics innovation ecosystem is based on cooperative networks of independent specialists, scientific organizations, and companies. The state plays a significant role in supporting the innovation activity in the considered sphere, first of all, through grant financing, placement of defense orders and implementation of national strategies of robotics development. Competitions and prizes are an important incentive for creating innovations. Patenting is used by companies to protect intellectual property from encroachment by third parties, to ensure freedom of action, to license technology, and to protect against prosecution. The industrial revolution has changed the very notion of means and means of production in the minds of the masses in such a way that the process of robotization and the introduction of artificial intelligence in different areas of life has become inevitable. The article presents an analysis of possible ways of disclosing the concept of "artificial intelligence" as a legal category and its correlation with the concept of "robot", considers the issues of legal responsibility for the performance of work by artificial intelligence, studies the possibility of recognizing the holder of artificial intelligence work as a subject of law.

Abstract:
Introduction: Functional rehabilitation of foot-drop syndrome due to lumbar disc herniation it is a problem that concerns many researchers. Study objective was to investigate if specialized manual therapy techniques and functional electrical stimulation alone and combined can influence the overall neuromotor outcome. Methods: 90 subjects were randomized to 3 groups, 30 subjects allocated to control group (CG) which received physical therapy, 30 subjects in functional electrical stimulation group (FES) and 30 subjects in combined FES with manual therapy techniques (FES-MT). All groups received a number of 20 sessions. We evaluated nerve conduction study, dynamometry, goniometry, functional ankle disability index (FADI), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Results: For Compound muscle action potential we have found significant modifications when comparing FES-MT vs CG (p<0.011). For dynamometry we registered as follows: FES-MT vs CG (0.0001), FES-MT vs FES (p<0.003). ODI and FADI scores were more significant in FES-MT and FES compare with CG. Conclusions: Manual therapy techniques utilized for increasing the excitability of neuromuscular spindle can increase the overall functionality of the tibialis muscle in case of foot drop syndrome. The combination between FES and MT showed better functional results than physical therapeutic exercises and FES alone.

Abstract:
Psychomotricity is a broad term that encompasses different approaches to bodily action to support children and adolescents to reach their highest motor and cognitive potential. The aim of the study was to highlight gender differences in the manifestation of psychomotor behaviors in 8—9-year-old children who practice sports swimming. The subjects (N=52, 26 males, 26 females) are children aged 8.0-9.11 years (M = 8.80; SD = ±0.65) who practice swimming in one of the swimming pools of a city in Romania. They were tested, using specific instruments, to assess the level of manual dexterity, body schema, hand laterality, body balance, body balance on water/buoyancy, general coordination. For four of the variables (manual dexterity, body schema, hand laterality and spatial orientation) no statistically significant differences were found, while for the other three (body balance, body balance on water and general coordination) statistically significant differences were recorded. The results indicate differences between the two genders, girls in this age group who practice swimming having more developed psychomotor skills compared to boys.

Abstract:

The article attempts to comprehend the latest achievements in such a field of neuroscience as neuroaesthetics, which analyzes the nature of music and musical creativity through the prism of ontogenetic features of the human brain. Using numerous examples it is shown that the key ideas of neuroaesthetics in general correspond to the spirit of Kantian a prioriism, reinterpreted in current terms of cognitive neuroscience; an attempt is made to justify the necessity of increased attention to the urgency of updating the professional training of vocal teachers, revealed the ideal structure of the competence of a vocal coach on the basis of systematized by him views of different experts, as well as proposed to make individual principled emphasis on a comprehensive study of trends in current musical culture by students; as a conscious and purposeful familiarization with such, in his view, is an essential element in the system of today's professional competence. The personal and professional characteristics that every future vocal coach should possess are revealed in great detail; the special importance of each of these components of success in competing in the pedagogical labor market is emphasized.

In addition, key features of the dissemination of musical information in today's society, the impact of network technologies on the specialized training of teachers and recipients, the formation of the technological basis of vocal and sound culture aesthetics of academic singing of the future teacher are highlighted. As a conclusion, further, more in-depth study of the raised problems is proposed, since it is not sufficiently developed at the scientific level.

Abstract:

In recent years, visitor-centred approaches have been adopted in museums, which are seen as some of the most important cultural establishments in forming modern culture. Therefore, it is aimed to increase visitor interest towards the collections and to portray the information about the collections more clearly. Digital technology is used to make collections exhibited in museums more interactive and augmented reality applications are used for this. The aim of this study is to determine the views of students on using augmented reality in museums. The research was conducted with the mixed method. The data in the quantitative dimension were collected with a student view questionnaire and the qualitative data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. The findings indicate that students believe they can learn information more permanently if augmented reality is used in museums and that the simpler the technology is, the easier it will be to learn how to use it. According to the results of this research, students stated that they can have more realistic experiences in museums that use augmented reality technology and that they can feel as if they are viewing the exhibitions in a more realistic setting. Students also believed that the historical animation of the exhibitions will result in more motivating and rich content. Additionally, they believe that the augmented reality applications and set up used in museums would positively affect learning.

Abstract:

This research introduces a robust and reliable technique for structuring document image pages hierarchically, harnessing the power of Delaunay triangulation. Central to our approach is the formation of a cluster tree, which encapsulates the page's content through strategically exploiting layout elements arrangements and their relative distances. By applying our technique, we proficiently categorize the page into distinct clusters encompassing images, titles, and paragraphs. The consequent hierarchical framework, founded on the cluster tree, establishes a durable and trustworthy blueprint of the document layout, thereby accelerating document comprehension and examination.

Abstract:
Questionnaires are an effective way to assess the level of physical activity. The aim of our study was to assess subjectively the physical activity of university employees by using a self-report scale. The online self-report questionnaire used in our study was applied anonymously in October 2021 and was completed by 126 respondents. To analyze the results, we used analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test for the groups (gender, occupation, area of residence, level of study, and age) included in our research. The analysis by gender revealed that females were more active than males. Participants from rural areas were the most active group in our study compared to those from urban areas, who recorded one of the smallest values. Statistical significance was achieved in all analyses. This study assessed the level of physical activity among university employees, and the results of our analysis showed that over 78% of the participants met the requirements of moderate to high-level physical activity according to the guidelines. Our results and data analysis suggest that the perception of physical activity / physical education in the daily life of university employees is high, but professional activity and leisure time prevail in their schedule.

Abstract:

In the modern theory and practice of medical sciences, one can observe the proximity of various types of rationality, which determine both the direction and quality of thinking. This is due both to the heterogeneity of the development of various areas of medical culture and clinical thinking. This determines the relevance and expediency of the study, associated with the need to distinguish between the prevailing methods of rationality of medical thinking; to determine its direction and, accordingly, the effectiveness in the activities of medical workers. The definition of the limitations inherent in a particular type of scientific rationality in relation to medical thinking. This approach makes it possible to overcome the limitations associated with foundations of thinking in one form or another of scientific rationality, thereby expanding the heuristic possibilities of medical thinking itself as such. To achieve the goal of the study, methodological practices of philosophical reflection and analysis of thought processes are used. Classical rationality is characterized by a mechanistic approach to a person; non-classical rationality is characterized by the penetration of researchers into the microcosm and a corresponding expansion of ideas about reality; post-nonclassical rationality is characterized by a search for integrity and interactions, as well as human-dimensional research practices. The main conclusion arising from the study was the statement that medical thinking is characterized by the use of various types of rationality, which determines both the deontological approach to the patient, based on appropriate medical anthropology, and the choice of strategies and methods of treatment.

Abstract:

The article discusses e-learning tools as a fundamental step in implementing digital learning technologies as a factor in the development of teachers' creativity today. Recently, higher education has been developing with the help of digital technologies that significantly enhance education quality. The integration of complex software-hardware systems into the educational process lies in incorporating big data analytics, robotics, neural networks and artificial intelligence. The objectives of reforming the educational system require corresponding changes in teaching methods, as well as in higher education, through informatization and digitalization. This has led to the emergence of open education which allows for unrestricted access to educational resources. Open education also contributes to the development of digital pedagogy. Indeed, every student can choose an optimal educational programme to follow a personalized learning trajectory online which considers one's characteristics and interests. After all, the development of digital pedagogy requires addressing various organizational, methodical and practical issues. They range from implementing digital learning technologies in the context of open education and culminating in the creation of a long-term strategic plan that will gradually transform the educational process and, in turn, encourage teachers to think creatively.
