Abstract:
The aim of the study is to determine the composition and functional significance of anticipatory resources in the process of temporal regulation of sensorimotor action.
Materials and methods. The subjects were male (35 people) and female (31 people) students. The tasks of a simple sensory response, a choice reaction (three alternatives), and a "double choice" were implemented in a computer version of the experiment. In the "double choice" task, the stimulation variation was first provided (possible stimuli: one or three), and then a stimulus for a fast motor response was presented after some time, the orientation time (independent variable). Results. The participants' initial reaction to the option with three alternative stimuli in the "double choice" task was negative. The time of the motor response falls linearly as the orientation time increases in both the male and female groups for the variant with one possible stimulus and the frequency of anticipatory effects and premature actions increases in a quadratic pattern. It must be noted that with enough orientation time, determining the expected duration of the sensorimotor action is quite straightforward. It was demonstrated that, in the presence of a margin of orientation time, operational estimates and revisions of the time required to accomplish an action dramatically improve the likelihood of anticipatory effects.
Conclusions. Actualization of the anticipatory resource (which includes temporary memory standards, the ability to accurately determine and correlate the durations of processes and time intervals, time estimation skills, and individual characteristics that influence decision making) ensures the determination of the total duration of a sensorimotor action, prompt correction of its implementation, and a significant reduction in the time it takes to respond to a motor stimulus.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to virtual reality technologies and scenarios of their application in distance learning of foreign languages. A generalized experience of application of virtual reality technologies in distance learning of foreign languages is presented; the advantages, risks and deterrents of their introduction into the educational process in educational institutions are highlighted. The features by which technologies can be classified as virtual reality technologies are singled out. Examples of application of the following virtual reality technologies are considered: Mondly VR, VirtualSpeech, Immersive VR Education, AltspaceVR and ClassVR; their brief description, scenarios for use in learning foreign languages, benefits and risks of use are provided. Summarizing the review of these technologies, it was found that the educational content of distance learning of foreign languages through virtual reality can be divided into three groups: "360-degree video", platforms and sites, interactive programs. Conditions and didactic principles of the effective use of virtual reality technologies during distance learning of foreign languages are generalized. The issue of assessing effectiveness of virtual reality technologies in learning foreign languages is analyzed and identified as debatable and in need of further research. The criteria by which researchers summarize the principles of selection of evaluation criteria are clarified. Perspective directions of future scientific investigations are outlined: research of conditions of intensification and research of scenarios of use of collective intelligence during distance learning of foreign languages through virtual reality.

Abstract:
The papillomatous lesion has a number of implications that destabilize the normal functioning of the stomatognathic system, but also it has psychological implications. A patient with a papilloma located in an area of maximum visibility tends to be less exposed in public, to reduce socialization, to feel embarrassed. Oral papilloma affects the masticatory function, phonation, but also aesthetics.
Understanding how local immunity works in patients diagnosed with oral papilloma is essential. Local immunity influences the evolution of the papillomatous oral lesion. Toll-like receptors are extremely important in the immune process of oral papilloma. Toll-like receptors can be used as indicators of lesion progression. A reduced expression of these receptors in the focus of the lesion is suggestive of pathological progress. It is also emphasized that in the oral cavity we find a well-represented local immune system which cells have an immune role and whose expression influences the evolution of the disease. The most incriminating factor in the occurrence of oral papilloma is HPV infection. The persistent inflammatory process produced by the HPV virus stimulates the development of oral, pharyngeal, laryngeal neoplasms. The HPV virus acts as a direct inducer in the process of transforming the benign lesion into a malignant lesion. Macrophages play an important role in the malignancy potential induced by the HPV virus. Macrophages are activated by increasing the metabolic rate and fighting tumor cells.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of developing professional reflection in Ukrainian and foreign psycho-pedagogical literature. It shows that such definitions as reflection, professional reflection and teacher's professional reflection are interconnected in the context of general, special and specific features. A detailed review of current neurocognitive approaches has made it possible to determine the main aspects of biological mechanisms of reflection. One can see that Ukrainian psycho-pedagogical discourse does not consider neurophysiological aspects of shaping and developing professional reflection. Given the views of Ukrainian researchers on the matter, teacher's professional reflection is seen as the correlation of their capabilities with the requirements of the teaching profession; a set of internal conditions for reaching a new level of professional performance; a certain technology of objective analysis and organization of one's experience, as well as understanding and use of others' experience. Together, they determine a values-based attitude towards the teaching profession. However, Ukrainian methodology employs diagnostic tools which partially rely on the lateral features of the actors in the educational process and, thus, neuroscientific insights.

Abstract:
The article theoretically justifies, defines and experimentally verifies pedagogical conditions for developing a values-based attitude towards people in adolescents from rehabilitation centres, taking into account pedagogical, psychological and neurophysiological factors. According to the above-mentioned factors, such pedagogical conditions can be developed in the context of the following aspects: involving adolescents from rehabilitation centres in humane activity in terms of developing a values-based attitude towards people; making the teacher-pupil and pupil-pupil relationships more humanistic; increasing the readiness of rehabilitation centres teachers to develop a values-based attitude towards people in adolescents. Research methods are as follows: surveys, conversations, interviews; writing a mini-essay on the topic Another Person in My Life; the questionnaire on values-based orientations; the verbal associations method; discussions, tests, self-tests (assessing one's behaviour in a conflict situation); the eye to eye adapted methodology; the story-role game One Family; pedagogical observations; an analysis of life and specially modelled situations. The international relevance of the article lies in the following: for the first time, pedagogical conditions for developing a values-based attitude towards other people in adolescents from rehabilitation institutions in Ukraine have been justified (elaborating and introducing the content, forms and methods; involving adolescents in humane activity; humanizing the relations in the teacher-pupil and pupil-pupil systems; enhancing the level of teachers' readiness to develop a values-based attitude towards people in adolescents); relevant criteria with corresponding indicators have been determined. This can serve as an impetus to further research on the problem in question on the example of developing countries.

Abstract:
The urgency of the chosen research area is determined by the need to train specialists to work in an inclusive environment. The psychological and pedagogical literature on the functioning of inclusive education is analyzed and the current problems of this process are identified, which require solutions: the absence of principles of psychological and pedagogical support of children in the system of inclusive education; the lack of recommendations for involving parents in the educational process; unpreparedness of high institutions to prepare specialists to work in the conditions of inclusion; the need to update the system of professional training of future teachers taking into account the peculiarities of inclusive education; insufficient study of foreign experience, etc.
Based on generalizations of theoretical analysis and own practical experience the ways of improvement of preparation of specialists for realization of individual educational path of children with special educational needs are substained: the improvement of educational programs of preparation of future specialists for work in the inclusive environment, renovation of the training methods of future teachers factor into neuropedagogical aspects, and also to make opportunities for professional self-improvement of specialists working in an inclusive environment during their professional activities.
The need to take into account neuropedagogical aspects to ensure effective training of specialists to implement the individual educational path of children with special educational needs is based on the specific features of inclusive education, which requires knowledge of cognitive neurology, differential psychophysiology, neuropsychology and the formation of relevant skills.
It seems promising the creation of a pattern for training specialists to implement the individual educational path of children with special educational needs, as well as the organization of a pedagogical experiment to test its effectiveness.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of athletes' psychological health involved in extreme sports, the definition of psychological and social factors of its preservation problem. The essence and indicators of psychological health of a person have been clarified.
The analysis of the study results made it possible to single out stable (the degree of awareness and positivity of the I-concept, the ability and desire for self-development, satisfaction with life) and variable (reflexivity, level of self-regulation, communication, locus of control) indicators for psychological health of extreme athletes.
Based on the study in the content of the psychological health of athletes' characteristics, its social and psychological factors were determined. The main psychological factors of maintaining psychological health include satisfaction with activities, internality, positive "I-concept", the ability of self-government, self-regulation, subjective well-being. The main social factors include extreme conditions of activity, high professional and family status, availability of social support.
It has been proven that the presence of the maximum extreme experience leads to a significant decrease in all indicators of psychological health, causing severe maladjustment, emotional and personal problems. The main directions of improving the process of preserving psychological health of extreme sportsmen have been proposed. Allocation of the components of psychological health and determination of socio and psychological factors that determine its preservation, made it possible to form tasks for psychological prevention and correction: teaching positive self-attitude and acceptance of others; learning reflexive skills; the formation of the need for self-development.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the age and neuropsychological features and means of developing the child's emotional intelligence based on foreign and domestic experiences. An attempt is made to generalize the definition of emotional intelligence in the scientific literature. A neuropsychological approach to studying the relationship between a child's emotional development and emotional and rational brain has been implemented. The vital role of social and emotional learning of students (SEL) on their academic success and personal growth in the research of modern foreign researchers is emphasized. In the organization of emotional development of the child's personality, a complex combination of the principle of systematics is recommended, taking into account the social nature of the psyche with the principle of biological (brain) organization of emotional phenomena. The psychological characteristics of the emotional and personal sphere of the child and some emotional disorders in the context of neuropsychology are analyzed. The essence of the interaction of biological and social factors in the development of mental functions of emotions taking into account their subcortical-cortical brain mechanisms is revealed. The program on developing the child's emotional intelligence with the indication of actual conditions of its realization is developed. The success of the development of emotional intelligence in children with reliance on art-therapeutic methods has been noted. It is recommended to use neuropsychological technologies for the child's mental development, focusing on the doctrine of the three functional blocks of the brain and solid mental activity to form new neural connections. The necessity of neuropsychological support of left-handed children is argued.

Abstract:
The research focuses on the study of speech phenomena developed in the context of the conceptual sphere as an effective approach to the use of neuropsychology. Neuropsychology considers the acquisition of new knowledge on human perception and processing of new information as a separate mental process. This paper studies the formation of linguistic phenomena in the context of the cultural development of man, which in the course of evolutionary-historical process has created distinctive linguistic-ethnic linguistic images. The linguistic identity of man is created in the representation of man and is represented by a set of concepts, i.e. it is a conceptual sphere. The current state of the humanities has led to the relevance of ethno linguistic studies, which present the results of studies of the reflection in the national consciousness of extra linguistic phenomena that form the basis for a holistic worldview and function as concepts. The latter are cultural, mental and linguistic phenomena that are integral mental-linguistic constructs, but can be studied for each of the components, including language. Cognitive experience, which can be identified and analyzed in language phenomena, is a verbalized (fixed to a bilateral linguistic unit) reflection of sensual and rational experiences of an individual (group, society, ethnicity) of a number of events, impressions, often located in speech - in dialect, literary language, the carrier of which he is). General scientific and special linguistic methods will ensure the complexity of the study of verbalizers of the concepts of folk morality.

Abstract:
The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the neuropsychological and personality development of adolescents with depressive disorders. The equal role of biological and psychological factors in the development of adolescent depression is emphasized. The neuropsychological symptom complex of depressive disorders in adolescence is considered. The emotional and motivational features of personal development in the context of adolescent neurodevelopment are analyzed. We have noted strong mutual influences of neuropsychological and personal development of an adolescent; neurohormonal mechanisms of child behavior; connection of neuropsychological mechanisms of depressive disorders of psychogenic origin and character accentuations of asthenic, hypotensive, hysteroid type; propensity of teenagers to reactive depression with sensitive and labile character accentuations. To effectively prevent suicides, neuropsychocorrection of mental states in adolescents and implementation of a sociopsychological program for their personal development, and timely diagnosis of symptoms of depression and psychotherapeutic intervention have been proposed. A program for the development of emotional self-regulation in adolescents with depressive disorders and neuropsychological correction of their depressive states has been developed. A preventive and psycho-corrective program for expanding internal resources, reducing the risk of suicidal tendencies and overcoming depressive disorders in an adolescent, taking into account neuropsychological and personal developmental features of adolescence, has been proposed.

Abstract:
The article shows that adolescents are most psychologically vulnerable to multi-vector social influences of today, an abundance of both positive and negative social factors and the declining role of moral values in civil society. Also, it highlights a special role of social workers in the socialization of deviant adolescents. Indeed, it is social workers who ensure cooperation among parents, teachers, law enforcement agencies, social services agencies, psychologists, speech therapists and psychotherapists to prevent juvenile misdemeanours in the framework of value-based education. The areas of socio-psychological assistance provided by social workers to deviant adolescents are prevention and intervention (neurocorrection and coping). To help adolescents cope with deviant behaviour under the guidance of social workers, one must teach them to make choices, assess the consequences of their decisions, regulate emotional processes and organize their lives under generally accepted norms. In the long run, it will become possible to mitigate existing psychological disorders and ensure their socialization. Given the social significance of social work, it is crucial to expand the boundaries of corresponding training by developing interdisciplinary competencies, especially in the field of practical neuropsychology. Finally, the article analyzes the main methods of neuropsychological correction and preventive work with deviant adolescents under the compulsory supervision of social workers.

Abstract:
In the article, questions about the features of training future teachers of natural sciences in modern higher education in the context of modern neurosciences are highlighted. It was found that highly qualified and competent teachers are the key to successful higher education. The concept of "neuroscience" is investigated. Publications and books of domestic and foreign scientists on the training of future teachers of natural disciplines in the view of neurosciences are highlighted. The application of methodological approaches in teaching future teachers of natural disciplines is noted. The branch of neuro-andragogy, which is important for adult learning is considered. It is noted that university teachers should enrich the educational process with modern strategies in order to meet the needs of future student teachers. It is noted that future teachers are interested in mastering knowledge of neurosciences, because they understand that this will help them in their professional activities. It has been proven that many scientists argue that education cannot exist today without neurosciences. The facts that have a special impact on the work of the child's body and on learning have been clarified: energy supply, nutrition, stress resistance and environmental pollution. A study of approbation of foreign programs "Scheme of education and neuroscience" and "Science of the brain in motion" was carried out. It was found that students are interested in knowledge about the work of their own brain and try to work on themselves to help the body improve its performance. It is noted that scientists argue that for the activity of the brain to be productive, it is necessary for the neurons, synapse and myelin to work in a balanced way.It was proven that COVID - 19 pandemic to negatively impacted education. It was found that physical activity and the activity of cognitive functions are an integral link. Emphasis is placed on the pedagogy of partnership, which will promote close cooperation of teachers, children and parents and help parents to preserve the health of the child.

Abstract:
In the article, a theoretical analysis of the study of crisis states and the methodological foundations of crisis psychotherapy, taking into account foreign and domestic experience, is carried out. Based on the results of empirical studies, modern foreign and domestic researchers have established that crisis conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic are accompanied by suicidal reactions, depression, neurotic conditions with post-traumatic stress disorders, exacerbation of psychosomatic diseases, psychopathological disorders.Psychological approaches in psychotherapy together with crisis psycho-psychotherapeutic interventions for working with acute crisis states and crisis psychotherapy of clients in the post-quarantine period are considered. The concepts of a crisis state, the features of the influence of "covid" psychotrauma on the mental and psychological health of a person, and the provision of psychological assistance in crisis situations during the COVID-19 pandemic are described in detail. It is noted that in working with crisis conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, modern foreign and Ukrainian specialists prefer cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy. At the theoretical and methodological level, it has been proved that psychotherapy of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is close to crisis psychotherapy and is aimed at reintegration of mental activity disturbed by the "conductive" psychotrauma and restoration of psychological adaptation to a certain extent. The psychotherapeutic model of psychological crisis intervention in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is based on a biopsychosocial approach and requires a comprehensive and integrated use of crisis psychotherapy methods with the integration of neuropsychotic methods and Internet technologies into the entire therapy process.

Abstract:
The article includes an analysis of the symptoms (occurred at the stages of formation) of emotional burnout of IT workers in the labor market of Ukraine in accordance with experience in the profession, type of programming - BackEnd, FrontEnd and kind of work organization involving absence and presence of communication with the client within the project. The use of the method of Victor Boyko determined the symptoms of emotional burnout. The study involved 75 programmers, divided into three groups based on the duration of professional experience including up to 5 and 10 years, and more than 10 years. The study revealed the opposite trend between work experience and the main symptoms of emotional burnout occurring at the already formed stage and the phases of resistance and exhaustion marked by the decrease in the percentage of formed symptoms and increase in the percentage of symptoms at the stage of formation. The FrontEnd group demonstrated the most pronounced symptoms of emotional burnout as a manifestation of the simplification of emotional emphasis in the profession. The BackEnd showed the symptoms of emotional burnout as a manifestation of the simplification of professional responsibilities. The severity of symptoms of psychosomatic and psych vegetative disorders and self-dissatisfaction occurred in the FrontEnd group at the stage of symptoms formation of emotional burnout. The research did not show the already formed symptoms in this group. The project revealed a higher percentage of symptoms of emotional burnout in the phases of "resistance «and "exhaustion" in the group having no communication with the client, than in the group with communication with the client.

Abstract:
The constructionist social semiotics that we propose in this paper understands social action from the perspective of communicative syntax, based on the concept of an interpretive adrift that takes place at the interface between emiter and receiver depending on the semantic context in which various constructs are formed and modified.
In this paper, we will show that the origins of constructionist social semiotics can be found in neurolinguistic programming - namely in identifying sensory predominance and sensory channels as instances of the social and communicative construction of "reality" - as an intersubjective map applied to a "territory" built from social interactions. Social phenomena are symbolically approximated, which is why the semiotic interpretation of the social takes into account the predominantly subjective nature of the processes of self-construction and contraction of reality for the subject.
The article reviews a series of socio-anthropological elements related to sensory channels from the perspective of the social construction of reality and contributes to clarifying the role of NLP theories in the development of an epistemology and social constructionist semiotics, respectively.

Abstract:
Diagnosis of tumor at its early stage is the most challenging task for its treatment in the area of neurology. As, brain tumor is the most common problem in the world, so tremendous research is being carried out to find out the cancer during its onset stages. The task of diagnosis as well as its automation has been extremely difficult using conventional image processing methods. In view of this, a novel technique has been proposed based on convolutional neural network architecture to classify the brain tumor which assists radiologists and physicians to make their decision fast and accurate. The proposed deep learning structure helps to analyze and produce better feature maps to classify the variations in the normal and malignant cases. The proposed method i.e. Hybrid Deep Neural Network (H-DNN) architecture is the combination of two different DNN. First Deep Neural Network (DNN-1) uses the spatial texture information of the cranial Magnetic Resonance (MR) images, whereas in the second method Deep Neural Network (DNN-2) uses the frequency domain information of the MRI scans. Finally, we combine both neural networks to produce better classification result based on prediction score. The training input to the DNN-1 is the texture which is computed by Local Binary Patterns, whereas the DNN-2 uses the frequencies, which have being calculated by Wavelet Transformation as its training input. Here two Dataset have been used for the evaluation of the proposed model i.e. Real MRI dataset and BraTS 2012 MRI Dataset for T2- weighted MRI scans. In this study, the proposed model provides 98.7% classification accuracy, which outperforms the other methods as reported in the related work. Also comparisons of Accuracy, Sensitivity and Specificity of the proposed method has been done with DNN-1 and DNN-2 architecture to indicate that the reported model gives better results when compared to the other methods.

Abstract:
The research found that decision making within the professional activities of the police is the key to their success, an indicator of the effectiveness of their duties performance. It is appealed that decision making in critical situations requires a high level of individual's self-fulfilment, which reduces stress and encourages police officers to solve the problem. The aim of the article is to identify and substantiate the relationship of personal characteristics with decision making factors in police officers with different levels of professional self-fulfilment. The sample of the empirical research consisted of 84 employees of special purpose police units. The groups of police officers with different levels of professional self-fulfilment were formed using the questionnaire of Type and Level of Professional Self-Fulfilment. The research involved the usage of psychodiagnostic techniques, including: the Melbourne Decision Making Questionnaire, the Personal Decision Making Factors Questionnaire and the Big Five Personality Questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the behaviour of police officers with a high level of professional self-fulfilment is characterized by prosociality and responsibility due to the peculiarities of decisions they do not postpone them and do not lose valuable time, considering all possible alternatives. This characterizes them as capable to take risk if the situation requires it. On the other hand, police officers with a low level of professional self-fulfilment tend to shift the problem to other people, they often demonstrate independent behaviour and take responsibility for decision making, but this is accompanied by doubts and fears about their rationality.

Abstract:
This study investigated the hypothesis that neural markers associated with arbitrary decision-making are present in higher order, deliberate decisions. Furthermore, the study aimed to investigate the effect of higher order decision content on neurophysiological markers such as the late readiness potential and the P300 potential. An experiment was designed to measure, evaluate, and compare these electroencephalographic potentials under both arbitrary and deliberate choice conditions. Participants were presented with legal cases and had to convict and acquit criminal offenders. Distinct readiness potentials and P300 potentials were observed for both arbitrary and deliberate decisions across all participants. These findings support the hypothesis that the readiness potential and the P300 potential are present in the neurophysiological data for higher order deliberate decisions. The study also showed initial findings of how the readiness potential may inherently relate to decision content. Increased readiness potential amplitudes were observed for participants with previous exposure to violent crime when they had to acquit or convict criminals accused of violent crimes.
