Abstract:

Introduction: Over the past two decades, the field of resiliency has attracted increasing attention in evolutionary psychology. Having mentally retarded children is one of life's stressors for parents, that can have a devastating impact on their mental health. Therefore, any strategy that can help the parents of these children relieve stress and deal effectively is important. This study aimed to determine the impact of Adler lifestyle education on resiliency, especially on parents of mentally retarded students and will measure the following two hypotheses.

Method: This was a semi-experimental study with pre and post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study included parents of all the students of the Shahid Alavian Exceptional Education Center in Gonabad (N=120) whose children were studying in the 2012/2013 academic year; 60 people were randomly selected and assigned to two groups of 30 (case and control). It should be noted that each group consisted of 15 fathers and 15 mothers. The pre-test was administered to both groups separately. After that, the training in 11 sessions of 60 minutes was presented in the workshop of advisers for the case group. In this study, the Connor and Davidson's resiliency questionnaire was used. In this study, the reliability coefficient equal to 0.89 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method. To determine the validity, the correlation of each item with the total score was calculated. In the present study, the reliability of this instrument using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was determined as 0.89. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 16.

Results: The mean scores of the resiliency have increased in the case group than the control group which is statistically significant (P < 0.01). The mean scores of fathers' resiliency have increased than mothers, but the differences were not significant between the two groups (P > 0.05).

Conclusion: The result of this study concluded that appropriate Adler lifestyle training helps parents of educable mentally retarded children to boost their resiliency. This is important due to the existence of mentally retarded children on parental stress.

Abstract:

The ability of insects with sticky legs in moving on vertical and horizontal surfaces can be related to adhesion properties of their legs. Despite the key role of the mechanical mechanism of the body and leg movements of insects during adhesion, this mechanism has not been fully still understood. This study aimed at investigating the mechanism of leg movements in movement cycles from the start to restart of the movement of the same leg on a straight path. Irregularity in the acceleration-time graph of the center of mass (COM) can be partly related to this assumption on the sequence difference of leg movements during insect motion. Unlike current assumptions on repetitive movement cycles in the simulation of cockroach motion kinematics, our results revealed a difference in cockroach motion in each cycle. This finding can evolve the mechanism of simulated robots inspired by insects. Due to the low average weight of the American cockroach (0.83 ±0.5 g), the use of accelerometer sensors leads to measurement errors and deformation of the mechanism. Furthermore, the problem with frame-by-frame image processing time during movement cycles can be solved by the method used in this study.

Abstract:

Background: Majority of women go through levels of anxiety during pregnancy. In this respect, anxiety and fear of labor pain are among the most common causes for elective Cesarean-section as a preferred type of childbirth by pregnant women. However, Caesarean-section delivery as a surgical technique can be accompanied by adverse side effects and outcomes for mother-infant health. Thus, the use of non-pharmaceutical approaches moderating anxiety and pain during labor can be beneficial in promoting the health status of mothers and babies. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of hypnotherapy on reducing anxiety and pain during labor among pregnant women.

Methodology: This study was an experimental research with a pre-test/posttest design comprised of experimental and control groups. Among the pregnant women referring to hospitals affiliated to Social Security Organization in Mazandaran Province, 30 nulliparous pregnant women with gestational age of 27-33 weeks were selected via convenience sampling method and then they were randomly designed to experimental and control groups of 15 individuals. The research instruments in this study included the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), McGill Pain Questionnaire (Index), as well as the Standard Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). In addition to routine prenatal care for pregnant women in the experimental group, hypnotherapy was used for 8 sessions to reduce prenatal anxiety and then it was employed to moderate pain during labor as an analgesic. However, the control group only received routine prenatal care. The data were also analyzed using the SPSS software (version 25) and parametric test of Covariance (ANCOVA); independent t test and nonparametric U Mann Whitney

Findings: Comparing the post-test state-trait anxiety in both control and experimental groups, it was found that hypnotherapy could reduce anxiety in pregnant women in the experimental group. Furthermore; comparing the variable of pain in the experimental and control groups revealed that the mean score of pain in the experimental group was lower than the significance level (p-value<0.00).

Conclusion: It was concluded that hypnotherapy was effective in reducing anxiety and pain during labor and it could be used as a non-pharmaceutical approach during pregnancy and childbirth care.

Abstract:

The article considers the professional "burnout" from the standpoint of "emotional exhaustion", "depersonalization" and "reduction." The study of sociability performed by the system-functional approach of A.I. Krupnov, in which sociability is understood as a system of stable instrumental-style and motivational-semantic characteristics that provide the state of readiness and desire of the subject to interpersonal interaction. As a result of empirical research, it was revealed that medical staff (nurses), regardless of professional experience, are less susceptible to emotional "burnout" with an egocentric orientation of sociability. The specificity of the relationship between sociability and indicators of professional "burnout" among specialists with less work experience is manifested in the absence of significant associations of sociability variables with depersonalization. The specifics of the links of the interns are expressed in the relationship of social orientation and personal difficulties of sociability with the subjective perception of their professionalism, as well as in a larger number of connections of variables of sociability, instrumental-dynamic subsystem, increasing the risk of emotional exhaustion in professional activity.

Abstract:
This work resolves the brain-based consciousness as an Open Quantum Information Field, created and influenced via the environmental sensory information and operating under the full control of quantum mechanics. The external sensory information, modelled as quantised electromagnetic waves, is assumed to feed the cortical neurons and eventually construct the brain-based consciousness Hamiltonian. Any external energy/information, instantly reaching to the Hamiltonian of brain-based consciousness, is taken into account as a perturbation. In order to obtain instantaneous wave functions and probability amplitudes well known time dependant perturbation theory is employed. Quantum field theory is finally used to resolve the overall brain-based consciousness and some important conclusions are underlined.

Abstract:

The article discusses the use of artificial neural networks in financial markets, due to the fact that this direction is very promising. Neural networks are well suited for tasks in which there are a large number of influencing factors, both known and unknown. The existing methods of neural networks training are considered, their pros and cons are noted. The use of neural networks in forecasting financial time series in real time is faced with the problem of the duration of the learning process of the neural network and the selection of significant inputs of the neural network. This problem can be solved by using the high-speed method of teaching the perceptron. The high-speed method of training allows for a much smaller number of iterations to train a multilayer perceptron on a given set of examples compared to the method of back propagation of the error. The high-speed method of training a multilayer perceptron allows us to assess whether it is possible to reach a given learning error of the neural network or not. This method of training is proposed to be used as an evaluation in the case of critical tasks before applying the method of back propagation of the error, in the case of non-critical tasks, the results of the neural network trained by this method can be used directly.

Abstract:

Since the application of hypnosis, there has been a controversial question of whether hypnosis is a cognitive state or a physiological phenomenon. Here we tested the impact of thermal suggestion on perception and skin temperature of 30 participants. To achieve this goal we compared the temperature of individuals' hand skin in a pretest-posttest design. In order to assess the thermal perception, a likert scale was conducted immediately after dehypnotizing.   Findings show that hands temperature during the hypnotic cold suggestion decrease by 2.26 centigrade in comparison with pre-test. Furthermore, during hypnotic warmth suggestion 1.13 centigradeincrease is observed after hypnosis. In conclusion, findings suggest that hypnotic suggestions can influence not only the perception of individuals but also their physiology.

Abstract:
The collision-free path planning is crucial for an autonomous vehicle. It saves life and helps to complete the task in time. The computational intelligence mimics human intelligence and solves these types of problems in which conventional techniques fail to provide optimal solutions. In literature, computational intelligence techniques except evolutionary techniques have not been utilized for land vehicles. In this regard, we employ clonal selection algorithms for collision avoidance in an autonomous vehicle.   To check the effectiveness of our proposed scheme, we compare the performance of the clonal selection algorithm with the genetic algorithm. The results show that the clonal selection algorithm performs better than the genetic algorithm in terms of computation time and also avoids accident within the required time to avoidance.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the technique of meta-cognitive effect in reducing desire Addicts in the city of Ardabil. Semi-experimental study. The population consisted of all patients referred to one of the centers in the city of Ardabil in 2016 is addiction. For Sample, 50 people with opiate dependence according to criteria of inclusion and exclusion and obtain the certificates necessary medical certification that the leave be available were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 experimental and control have been. The experimental group received eight sessions on techniques of meta-cognitive control group spent their daily routine. Using a desire scale anticipated return was gathered and demographic Wright. Information obtained using analysis of covariance and variance MANOVA and multiple variable was analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that meta-cognitive learning techniques to reduce desire Addicts in Ardabil significant effect (0.01> P). The overall results showed that the technique of meta-cognitive training can reduce the desire in consumer consumption of opioid use.

Abstract:

This study aims to explore the influence of employee attractiveness on service recovery paradox by using Eye Tracker and Facial Recognition Software.   Based on two service recovery scenarios an experiment was carried out with the participation of 20 subjects in Turkey. In the experiment participants' pre-and post-satisfaction levels before the service failure and after the service recovery attempt have been measured. The participants were also asked to respond to Likert type questions to explain to explain how they felt about the service encounter they were exposed to in the scenarios.   The analysis of data showed that although attractiveness reduced the negative of the responses, increased interest in the attractive service employee.   However, the results showed that in both scenarios (with attractive and less attractive service employee photos) the service recovery paradox did not occur.

Abstract:

Nowadays the Internet has become an indispensable part of life. Individuals spend a great part of their time constantly checking their social media accounts. Individuals who have a constant fear of missing out behind by the experiences of others show a tendency towards FoMo. However, the desire to be included in a group leads individuals to act impulsively.

The main aim of the study is to investigate the effects of FoMo tendencies on impulse purchasing and post-purchase regret, and the effects of impulse purchasing on the post-purchase regret.

Data were collected from 507 people by survey method; a total of 121 respondents who gave the answer "no" to the question "Do you follow retail stores' opportunity brochures online/in   store?" were excluded, and a total of 386 questionnaires were included in the analyses, which were carried out through quantitative analysis techniques.

The results of the study suggest that FoMo tendency affects impulse purchasing and impulse purchasing has an influence on post-purchase regret.

Abstract:

In the quest for new, innovative energy sources, an important place is held by renewable energy obtained from biomass. Solid biofuels (pellets and briquettes) obtained from one or more types of biomass are easy to obtain and ready to hand. However, one cannot achieve true technological innovation without performing a modicum of academic research. This paper presents a linear programming tool which can be used to determine the most efficient mixture of biomass in terms of calorific value and with respect to constraints imposed by international standards (noxes and ash content). To this end, a database of raw materials existent in the area was built. The properties of the biofuels were modeled based on the properties of their components, through previously validated mathematical models and formulas.
